The City of Lake Worth Beach holds Parking Magistrate Hearings for residents and visitors who wish to contest parking citations. Hearings are conducted by a Special Magistrate who reviews the facts of each case and issues a ruling.
How to Request a Hearing
To request an appeal hearing for a parking citation, you must submit your request within 15 calendar days of receiving the citation. Forms received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Pay Parking Citation
Citations may be paid online at www.lakeworthbeach.citationportal.com (a $3.50 transaction fee applies) or by mail or drop off at 17 South M Street, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460 at no charge. If paying in person (an in-person fee will be applied if walking in, check money order or credit card are accepted).
